Warranty

At ClassicalTree, we are committed to delivering the highest quality wooden products and ensuring your satisfaction. Our warranty policy is designed to address any issues with the products you purchase from us, including wood products and fabrics.

  1. Damage During Transit
    We aim to deliver your product safely and securely, with over 98% of our shipments arriving undamaged. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
  • Contact us within 72 hours of receiving your delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damaged product and its packaging.
  • Our team will assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution. If the damage can be repaired locally with the assistance of a carpenter, we will reimburse the genuine repair costs. For more severe damage, we will replace the product.

For minor damages, such as a cracked mirror, broken glass, or balance issues, we kindly ask that you repair these with the help of a local carpenter, and we will reimburse the actual repair costs.

  1. Manufacturing Defects
    We offer a 1-year warranty on the manufacturing quality of the furniture and the foam used in upholstery. Please note that fabric or upholstery materials are not covered under this warranty.

Despite our rigorous quality checks, should any manufacturing defects be identified in the wooden components, we will address them promptly under this warranty.

Exclusions: Wear and tear, scratches, cuts, or damage from environmental conditions are not covered.

  1. Seasoned Wood Assurance
    The wood used in our products is carefully selected and rigorously tested for quality and sustainability. We guarantee that all the wood used in our products is termite-resistant.

  2. Fabric and Apparel
    Please note that no warranty is provided for any fabric, upholstery, or apparel products sold by ClassicalTree. This includes but is not limited to, clothing, textiles, cushions, seat covers, and any other fabric-based products. Any concerns regarding these items should be raised at the time of purchase for assistance.

Warranty Exclusions
The following situations are not covered under our warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.
  • Small cuts, scratches, or damages caused by improper cleaning or impacts/accidents.
  • Damage caused by incorrect installation or assembly by the customer.
  • Products stored, assembled, or used improperly or cleaned using incorrect methods/products (e.g., upholstery exposed to direct sunlight).
  • Cracks due to improper displacement of the product.
  • Wood decay from prolonged exposure to water.
  • Seasonal wood contraction and expansion.
  • Natural wood characteristics such as joint lines and wood grain variations.
  • Variations in furniture dimensions of up to 2 inches.
  • Unevenness up to 5mm due to floor or surface level variations.
  • Upholstery fabrics (seat covers) are not covered; the warranty applies to the frame and mechanisms only.
  • Use of non-standard cleaning methods or harsh chemicals for upholstery or wood.
  • Relocation of the product from its original delivery location, which will void the warranty.
  • Any third-party installations, assemblies, or repairs not authorized by ClassicalTree.

Maintaining Your Warranty
To ensure your warranty remains valid, all installations, assemblies, and repairs must be carried out by authorized ClassicalTree professionals. Any unauthorized modifications will void the warranty.
