  • The standard tax rate is 18% for wooden and metal products. However, for items in the gifting range, it can be reduced to 12%. If your order includes marble or stone, the tax rate may vary.
  • We recommend consulting your accountant for accurate classification. As for packaging, we charge an additional 7% on the invoice value before tax, ensuring your products are safely and securely packed.

We don’t have a minimum order quantity (MOQ). No matter the quantity or variety, feel free to reach out for the best possible pricing. If the total order value is substantial, we’ll be happy to offer wholesale pricing, even for single pieces of each design. We're committed to providing flexible solutions for all your needs!

Our standard timeline is 45 days. It typically takes about 3 to 5 days to begin production, allowing us to address any product-related questions upfront. While we can expedite the process if needed, we generally advise against rushing. Though 45 days may seem long, ensuring accuracy from the start is crucial, as making alterations once a product is completed can be quite challenging. Patience ensures the best quality!

Most of our products are designed to require no assembly, so you won’t findunnecessary carpentercharges added to your invoice. We believe a local carpenter can handle it at a much lower cost, especially with our detailed manual or video support.

However, if you do need Carpenter services from our end, we’re happy to arrange that as well!

In addition to wood, we also work with marbleplywood and metal. Thanks to our strong network of skilled artisans, we can handle a wide range of handwork with precision and creativity. However, to provide the best possible price, we do require a substantial quantity for these custom orders. This allows us to source materials efficiently and offer you great value for high-quality craftsmanship.

Refund & Cancellation

Once an order is placed, the production process begins immediately.

This includes the procurement of raw materials, labor, polishing, supervision, rent, electricity and other expenses. For this reason, the sooner you inform us of any changes or cancellations, the better it is for both parties.
