Can I adapt a design from your collection?
Yes. Share the product link and tell us what you would like to change. We’ll review the dimensions, materials, finish, and details with you before preparing a quotation.
How long will my bespoke piece take?
Your estimated production timeline is included in the quotation. The design, materials, finishing requirements, and delivery destination all affect the schedule.
What are the payment terms?
A 50% advance confirms your custom order and starts production. The remaining 50% is payable after you approve photographs of the finished piece, before packaging and dispatch.
Can you arrange international delivery?
We’ll review shipping options for your destination and include the applicable delivery arrangements in your quotation. Please share your delivery country and postcode with your enquiry.
How do I share reference images?
Email your photographs, sketches, or inspiration images to sales@classicaltree.com. Include the furniture type, dimensions, preferred materials and finish, and your delivery destination.
Planning something special for Christmas?
Enquire early so we can review your design and timing. Christmas delivery is not guaranteed and depends on production requirements and your destination.
