If Your Product Arrives Damaged
We take every damage report seriously. Our team reviews the photographs, packaging condition and nature of the issue to determine the most suitable resolution.
Please email sales@classicaltree.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and:
- Clear photographs of the damage or manufacturing defect.
- A short video showing the affected area.
- Photographs of the outer box, internal packaging and shipping label.
Please retain the product and its original packaging while we review your case.
How We Put Things Right
Depending on the nature and extent of the damage, we will arrange one of the following:
Local repair: If the issue can be resolved by a local carpenter or furniture repair professional, we will reimburse the agreed repair expenses. Please contact our team before arranging repairs so we can confirm the scope and reimbursement.
Replacement: For significant damage or manufacturing defects that cannot be reasonably repaired, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Where collection is required, our team will coordinate the arrangements with you.
