Do you have a showroom?

We do not have our showroom, we are furniture manufacturer from India, We only sell through our online web portal.

How can I place an order?

You can order online simply by clicking the "Buy Now" button next to the item you wish to purchase (you can always remove the item from your order later) and when you are done shopping click the "Proceed to Checkout" button which takes you to our secure checkout. You may then enter your delivery and billing information and debit/credit card details and submit your order via our secure server.

How can I pay for my purchases?

The easiest method is to to pay via PayPal. Any other payment method will not be accepted as of now.

What if glass or mirror broke in transit?

Although we make sure that the packaging should be strong enough to resist any damage to the product as it goes through thorough drop test. But still if it broke in transit, note that we are providing mirrors and glass complementary with the product. So, there is no replacement for mirrors and glasses. You can choose to purchase the product without the glass or mirror, and we will provide the size to you, so you can buy locally.

Do the prices include Tax?

All prices quoted by us include all taxes.

How long will delivery take on my order?

The product which are available on website typically take 10-15 days to deliver (actual time depends upon the size of item and the availability of your zip code for delivery).

The time for delivery of customized items will be provided by the company once the order will be finalized. You can contact us through email – sales@classicaltree.com

Missing Goods / Parts

Any parts which are found to be missing can be easily resolved via sales@classicaltree.com All you will need to do is provide the correct information and missing part number/letter as stated on the assembly sheet. We will then arrange for the requested parts to be dispatched out to you.

Bespoke/Customized furniture-

We do Customize the products as per the requirement, the dimensions and design should be clear. Need to mention the measurement specified is inner sizes or outer, Once the design is finalized no change will be accepted after the agreement of the order, we may ( the final decision lies within the company) accept it by adding extra charges to the order but within 2 days time of the final agreement. If the product is under manufacturing and you want to cancel the order will apply cancellation charges for bespoke furniture ( the cancellation charges will be decided by us depending upon the product and customization).

All furniture orders are custom made and cannot be returned, exchanged. No reimbursements will be made.

Delay in delivery-

Although we always try to deliver products by committed time but as it’s total labor based industry, there may be some delay happen but we will try to minimize it.

In the event of any unforeseen circumstances (including without limitation lorry breakdown, traffic accident, major traffic delays or severe weather) we will do our best to contact you to rearrange an alternative delivery time and / or dates. We will not be held responsible for any losses incurred due to a delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.

Can I return goods if I am not satisfied?

There is no change of mind policy offered by company neither it can be returned, We advise you to check the dimensions and pattern carefully while purchasing it, as the product is serving the purpose of use.

Shipping Charges-

The shipping charges is included in the price shown on the website. The shipping charges will be different for customized order and added after the order has been placed, for details contact us.

Pricing of Deliveries to the Shipping Address Specified At Time of Purchase

The delivery fee payable by you, for your ordered goods, will be that which is given by Furniture in Fashion at the time of purchase.

The delivery fee will be calculated according to your postcode, the weight of the goods and the size of the goods as per mentioned earlier

How to cancel

If you wish to cancel the order ,you need to contact us through sales@classicaltree.com

1)If the product is not dispatched then we will cancel the order.

2)Shipped and in transit products will not be considered for cancellation.
